La Luna Riesling collected the premium grapes from Clare Valley. To prevent the fruit from fermenting at high temperatures, all fruits are picked in the cool night. Clare Valley has cool climate, which gives the wine high acidity and fresh citrus flavor. La Luna has high intensive of fruity and white flower aroma, such as lemon. On the palate the crisp acidity with the scent of lemon, stays in the mouth for a long time. Match well with the oyster, sashimi and other seafood. Spicy food is also a good pair with this wine.
