The 2016 grapes in Limestone Coast showed excellent conditions. This wine shows dark ruby color with purple rim. The complexity aromas and wine structure come from the 18 months barrel maturation. This Cabernet with blackberry, blackcurrant and capsicum aromas. Hints of mint, dark chocolate and cigar box. The complexity palate is full of dark fruit, silky tannin with soft acidity make the wine body more structure. It has chocolate flavor after taste, clean and long finish. This wine is perfect match with steak, roast lamb and strong cheese. It has potential of cellar with good aging conditions.
