Furche 2020 Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon is a hidden gem of cool-climate Cabernet Sauvignon, with its well-presented typical varietal characters and unique terroir. Sitting on the west side of Riddoch highway, the vineyard is in the central of the famous ‘Terra Rossa’ zoon of Coonawarra. 96% of Cabernet Sauvignon with 3% Shiraz and 1% Merlot planted back to 1990’s and are 100% sustainably grown. All vines have their roots in a mixture of red clay and fertile loam overlaying deep limestone, which their canopies are breathing with the breeze coming from limestone coast in the afternoon. Enrich sunlight with longer ripen season, we call it home of our Cabernet Sauvignon.
